    • Commissioner for Oaths 
    • A Bank 
    •  Ecowas Diaspora Banking Agent 
    • A Ecowas Diaspora House staff

​This offers you the opportunity to transact under a Business name, partnerships and trading companies and facilitates investments and business transactions both in and out of the country while availing you the control you desire.
This account also caters to the Diaspora Saccos’ whose registration is at the Beninese Ministry of Justice.

  • Minimum opening & cash balance:
    • CFA 10,000 
    • USD $200 
    • GBP £200 
    • EUR €200  
  • Ledger fee of CFA 35 per transaction (or equivalent in other currencies) 
  • Account maintenance fee – CFA 300 per month (Or equivalent in other currencies) 
  • Internet Access Fees – CFA 100 
  • Free Monthly E-Statements

REQUIRMENTS:
  • Completed application form 
  • Certified copy of Benin ID or Beninese or Alien Passport 
  • Certified copy of Pin Certificate or Tax Number 
  • Certified Certificate of incorporation 
  • Certified Proof of Address 
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association or by laws (for Ecowas Diaspora Banking societies) 
  • Board resolution to open an account 
  • Any other documents the bank may from time to time 
  • All documents must be certified by either:
    • Public Notary 
    • Commissioner for Oaths 
    •  
    • A Bank 
    •  Ecowas Diaspora Banking Agent 
    • Ecowas Diaspora House staff  

NB: The certificate of incorporation is subject to verification by the bank, a process which taCFA 14 days
